1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. About Style Magnet

Style Magnet is an AI-powered fashion shopping platform. We help you discover outfits across multiple retailers, understand fit based on your body attributes and preferences, and check out in one place. Style Magnet curates and presents products, but the items are supplied by third-party retailers and fulfilled through our checkout and fulfillment partner, Shoppable, as described in Section 5.

3. Eligibility and Geographic Scope

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

The Service is intended for residents of the United States. We offer and direct the Service only to users located in the United States, and we do not target or market it to individuals in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or other regions.

4. Your Account

• You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us promptly at info@stylemagnet.co if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. How Purchases Work

Style Magnet helps you find and buy products, but we are not the retailer or seller of record. When you check out:

• Your purchase is processed and fulfilled through Shoppable and its merchant partners (the retailers that actually supply the items).
• Product availability, prices, and quantities are set by those retailers and mirror the retailers' own listings. Prices can change, and items can go out of stock.
• At checkout you may be asked to agree to Shoppable's Pricing and Substitution Policy, which governs what happens if a price changes or an item becomes unavailable after you order, including when an order may be automatically processed, substituted, or canceled before your card is charged.
• Because retailers control their listings, we do not guarantee that any product, price, or promotion will be available at the time you order.

6. Fees and Subscriptions

Style Magnet is currently free to use to discover products and check out. We may introduce paid features, a subscription, or other fees in the future. If we do, we will describe the pricing and terms clearly and obtain any consent required before charging you. Amounts payable to retailers, along with applicable shipping and taxes, are shown at checkout.

7. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping is handled through our fulfillment partner and the applicable retailers. For returns:

• Returns are handled directly with the retailer that supplied the item. You request the return with the retailer, obtain a return label from them, and the retailer processes any refund.
• Style Magnet's role in a return is to help you schedule a physical pickup of the item.
• We do not issue refunds ourselves for retailer purchases. Refund timing and eligibility are determined by the retailer's policy.
• Order cancellations tied to price changes or availability are handled under Shoppable's Pricing and Substitution Policy described in Section 5.

8. AI Recommendations and Fit Guidance

The Service uses automated tools to interpret your prompts, match outfits, and estimate fit based on the information you provide. These recommendations and fit estimates are suggestions to help you shop. They are not guarantees that an item will fit, suit you, or meet your expectations. You are responsible for reviewing product details, sizing, and retailer information before purchasing.

9. Promotions, Referrals, and Rewards

From time to time we may offer promotions, referral incentives, or rewards programs. These may be subject to additional terms and eligibility rules that we make available when the program launches. We may modify or end any program, and we may withhold or reverse rewards obtained through fraud, abuse, or violation of the program terms.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and other content we provide, is owned by Style Magnet or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. Product images, names, and content supplied by retailers belong to those retailers or their licensors.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or introduce malware or other harmful code.
• Scrape, copy, or harvest data from the Service except as expressly permitted.
• Misuse promotions, referrals, or rewards, including by creating fake or duplicate accounts.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service relies on and links to third parties, including our fulfillment partner, retailers, and other providers. We are not responsible for the products, content, policies, or actions of third parties. Your dealings with retailers and other third parties are between you and them, subject to their terms.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that recommendations, prices, or availability will be accurate.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Style Magnet and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred United States dollars.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Style Magnet and its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

16. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification, will survive.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Subject to Section 18, you agree that any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

18. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at info@stylemagnet.co and try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Last Updated date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
